Labour Law & Industrial Relations

Willie obtained his B Proc (cum laude) and LLB degrees at the then Randse Afrikaanse University (RAU), now the University of Johannesburg (UJ), between the years of 1990 and 1996. After a 5 year placement at the Fiji Islands he returned to South Africa focusing mainly on business law. Willie was admitted as an advocate in January 2006 and completed an Advanced Certificate in Labour Law at the University of South Africa (UNISA) in 2008. Since 2008, Willie has been involved in both business law and labour law and is currently practicing as a trust account advocate under the Legal Practice Act.

Pat obtained her BCom degree majoring in Industrial Psychology and Business Economics, Master of Business Leadership (MBL) (cum laude), and her certificate in Financial and Accounting Principals for Public Entities at University of South Africa (UNISA). Pat has over 20 years of experience in Strategic HR Management, Talent Acquisition, and Succession Planning. Pat has led initiatives in areas such as Performance Management, Training, and Compensation Benchmarking. As a certified Coach and Mentor, Pat extends her skills to serve underprivileged communities, particularly single mothers.
